A firm favourite at any time of year, but even more magical when the beech trees start dropping their leaves and the woodland floor turns into a flame-coloured carpet. The recently repaired boardwalk around the upper reservoir means the full 5km loop from the carpark is accessible again. While it technically would be classed as pushchair friendly i'd be wary of attempting it at this time of year without an all-terrain/off road buggy! We took the Out n About Nipper Wagon along for a test drive and loved it. The pull bar on the front came in handy came in handy on some of the steeper sections!
