Trail Reviews

Neil Clarke
April 5, 2025, Matlock Bath, Winster & Oaker Hill loop from Matlock — Peak District National Park

Not the longest of walks but don't be fooled plenty of hills to make it more challenging. Some amazing views from the top of high Tor and oker Hill as well.

Really good if you enjoy a hike with some good inclines. Got a real good sweat on during the inclines.

Turning in to a favourite local walk for us. With the bad weather we had been given we decided to stay close to home and nothing to long. Not sure why the weather was fine only a small bit of rain at the start then sun 😅
