Ring road/dirt path. On some sections, even uphill, cross-country skiing requires good physical and technical preparation. Except for the stretch on asphalt, the route is completely in the shade and, especially on very hot days, it is a pleasure to walk along it. Highly recommended.
Beautiful MTB ride, technically even for non-experts. Departure from the plateau / Laceno Village. Take Via dei Prati and follow it up to the entrance to the path (I advise you not to deviate from the paved road, it is not worth it). The first part of the path is uphill, the bottom is sometimes slack but it can be pedaled. Once you reach the top, a beautiful descent into the cool of the undergrowth awaits you. Descend towards the provincial road which takes you back to the plateau. Good fun :)
Laceno ring by mountain bike, tour with difficult sections, the path is 137 and is almost entirely in the shade. Very cool to do in summer. Recommended for expert bikers.
