Hiking

For this short, family-friendly circular hike, you simply use the mountain railway at the beginning. This takes you from the valley station of the Weissensee Bergbahn in Schattseite up to a good 1,300 meters.

From there, an easy hiking trail takes you a good six kilometers around the Naggler Nock and the Naggler Alm. At lofty heights, shady forest paths, magnificent views of the glittering Weissensee and a well-deserved break in the lively Naggler Alm await you on the way .

You can enjoy the mountain flair in a sun chair and strengthen yourself with one or the other regional delicacies after the tour. Then you go back down with the cable car.

We hiked up and had a drink and something to eat at the alpine pasture hut. The service at the hut is super nice! We then took the cable car back down to enjoy the view. Definitely recommend it!
