Albert Bridge

Highlight • Monument

Albert Bridge connects Chelsea to the North with Battersea to the South, crossing the River Thames.

Built in 1873, due to a number of structural issues it was modified more than once, so that now it's an unusual combination of bridge styles.

It's one of the quietest road bridges, is painted a very fetching shade of pastel pink (for practical reasons, apparently) and is lit up at night by thousands of LED's. Very cool and just as worth checking out as London's more famous bridges.
