This nature trail takes you to the idyllic Presseler Heidewald- und Moorgebiet nature reserve. Along the path, along the babbling Mühlenbach stream, you'll find 15 stations providing interesting information about the area – a great outing for the whole family!
You start at the hiking car park not far from the picturesque Presseler Teich (Pepper Pond), which also has a small campsite. The forest rises around you, providing pleasant shade, especially on warm summer days. How about a very special refreshment for your feet in the cool stream water at the "Fußbad" rest area?
After a good three kilometers, you can take a break at the rustic covered picnic bench, where you'll learn fascinating facts about the local songbirds. The trail continues through the woods and slowly returns to the starting point. You can end your beautiful hike at the Presseler Teich (Pepper Pond).
