The first part of this long hike is exclusively on shared trails, Maxxis & Co leave clear traces after the heavy rain. The path to Noli through the coastal forests is wonderfully shady, the steep descent down to Noli is a challenge for knees and thigh muscles. Noli surprises us with a nice Centro Storico. On the beach, the first people dare to take a quick dip in the water. We started out in 17 degrees, and now it already feels like the first day of summer. The way back is a challenge. An endless up and down with little shade challenges us. Luckily, we are rewarded with wonderful views of the sea and the coast. In between there are even small climbing sections on the rocky cliffs. The last few kilometers we are only on tarmac, but that is perfectly fine for us after this length of the route.
Beautiful trek, especially the return from Noli to Finale, very panoramic. The first part, inside is less suggestive, in the woods. Easy trek, only the distance requires a little training.
