From Spangenberg-Metzebach there are 2 new Ars-Natura circular hiking trails. The signage still has gaps. It is therefore advisable to run with GPS data or at least with the right flyer. On the Metzebacherhöhe you shouldn't make a detour to the Cinema Natura and enjoy the beautiful view. I found the first wing nicer because you walk a lot on the natural X3. My little personal highlight was the swing in the forest 😊! That's when I became a child for a moment .... Otherwise, the work of art "Triad" enchanted me at the very end. With the great wind today there were particularly beautiful sounds!
A round on the Ars Natura butterfly trail https://www.melsunger-land.de/touren/ars-natura-schmetterlingswege I really like this round and a detour to the Cinema Natura is of course a "must" 😍! You can also walk the two wings individually: 🥾https://www.melsunger-land.de/media/touren/ars-natura-schmetterlingsweg-linker-fluegel-rundweg-2 🥾https://www.melsunger-land.de/media/touren/ars-natura-schmetterlingsweg-rechter-fluegel-rundweg-1
The butterfly (wing) paths I and II only opened at the end of August. In many places there are still no signs or the comparison is even wrong, but the butterfly can already fly on gentle wings. 🤩🦋 First of all, it should be said that none of the wings can be hiked without a GPS template. But they can already be found on the Melsunger Land side. The right wing is 6km long in total (https://www.melsunger-land.de/media/touren/ars-natura-schmetterlingsweg-rechter-fluegel#/article/ce90a390-784e-41ab-9541-5a898b4c5150) and the left wing measures 5km (https://www.melsunger-land.de/media/touren/ars-natura-schmetterlingsweg-linker-fluegel#/article/84552378-0cac-464a-a161-e5674fe9438a) in terms of distance, so that one can even climb a wing. They overlap at the stone circle and from there (parked at the DGH) we walked the entire butterfly. 🗽🐾 Typical for a butterfly, the climbs are rather gentle, with the paths being wider forest and meadow paths. It's similar to the fairy tale paths, everything is somehow detached, calm and gentle. There are some beautiful views, especially the one at the Cinema Natura and the many art offers play of colors and changes of perspective. The butterfly is definitely restful. 😍
Today I was once again drawn to Metzebacher Höhe like a strange magnetism. On day 8 of my fast, I needed a nice reward. I got it in the form of a 🦋 and a few new pieces of art along the way. However, I enlarged the wings of the original butterfly a little so that I could run a little longer instead of 9 km. After the tour I went to the Cinema Naturo with Cooper. The film *Sunset* was playing. I can warmly recommend the film to you 🫶
For me, the views from Metzebacher Höhe and the Cinema Natura are places of inner peace and contemplation. 🤩🥰 The ground frozen, frosted in the places far from the sun ❄️, the sky blue and what felt like a breath of spring paired with art and almost completely without people - pure enjoyment. Thank you @SanDrina for the inspiration for this combination 🤗
