Very nice tour, recommended clothing long pants and trekking poles. Near the castle bar near the parking lot, there is a fountain surrounded by some benches to stay in the shade. In my opinion, I don't see the whole tour of the gullies as feasible for families with small children. Getting to the bench wouldn't be a problem for them either, but to go up to the gullies the slope starts to become significant, if you are at the mainsail of the sun then it's not the best for them. In any case, beautiful tour with passages also in the woods and fortunately many sections are windy. At the giant bench good arrangements of shaded spaces where you can stop. Bring water because apart from near the bar, I haven't seen any other fountains on this tour.
