This extensive circular tour takes you through the Hunsrück and along the Moselle through a fairytale landscape. The tour includes a few meters of altitude and also steep climbs. That's why it's particularly suitable for e-bikes.

It starts in Emmelshausen, which is served by the picturesque Hunsrückbahn. On the Schinderhannes cycle path, which runs on a former railway line, you drive to Kastellaun, where you can visit a castle and many beautiful half-timbered houses. Through the picturesque Deimerbachtal you then reach the Junkersmühle, which is a good place to stop for a break.

Refreshed, you cycle between meadows, forests and stream valleys to the Moselle. You follow its banks to Burgen, where you climb a steep climb back up to the heights of the Hunsrück. Afterwards, the gradients are moderate again, with a few short exceptions, until you reach the finish. Before you arrive in Emmelshausen, you can look forward to some idyllic views.
