Very nice tour through the Ardennes. The last third of the route is very difficult due to heavy rain and wind throws. The route can hardly be seen in places. High shoes are recommended and you should be sure-footed. In terms of landscape, however, this piece in particular is very attractive.

Avoid in wet conditions because some passages are quite hard. Very little road. Not suitable for strollers, toddlers and people with reduced mobility.

Enjoy playing clay along the Ruisseau Moulin Martin, thanks to the beavers and of course the wet weather. This bank is difficult to navigate in winter after a wet period, but very nice!

Had a wonderful weekend with my sports club and ended with a nice walk in Achouffe.

Beautiful walk, with occasional intense parts. Probably because the water was so high today.

The picturesque village of Achouffe, part of Houffalize, is hidden deep in the 'Fairy Valley', which, according to legend, is also home to gnomes. We did not encounter any gnomes but enjoyed the beautiful fairy valley to the full. The walk was quite adventurous and at times tough: many hiking trails were 'absorbed' by the water, so we had to look for alternatives: make a bridge yourself with tree trunks, climb over the rocks, occasionally walk through the water,...
