The windmills no longer turn in Vila do Bispo, once the breadbasket of the Algarve, but the charm remains. Beautiful circular walk with great views of the west coast of the Algarve. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. With one exception (50-100 meters of country road), there is no traffic here and we hardly met any other hikers on the 15 km.
