The tour on the Anlautertal cycle path takes you through beautiful landscapes and enchanting nature. The wide plateaus of the Juraalb are just as attractive as the dreamy corners along the picturesque Anlauter.
It starts in Weissenburg. After you have crossed the city, you cycle to Niederhofen. A steep climb begins here that takes you to the Jura heights. Once at the top, you can take a breather and enjoy the wonderful views.
The rest of the cycle path is mostly downhill, with small counter climbs every now and then providing variety. You drive past old mills and through pretty little towns through the romantic Anlautertal. On the way you will find a number of places to stop for a leisurely rest. You finally reach the destination of the tour in Kinding, where the Anlauter flows into the Schwarzach.
