One of the most beautiful cycle paths so far. It was constantly up and down in a very varied landscape. On some fairly rough gravel but still manageable. Highly recommended and rightly 5 🌟
The viaduct cycle path in Altenbeken is beautiful and it definitely takes more time than stated ... you just have to enjoy the great views in between. Some of the paths are very demanding - many meters in altitude and so is the subsurface. In the brochure, the heavily used P&R car park at the train station is advertised, I would use the "Marktplatz" car park, which is also right on the bike path.
A sporty demanding tour in the Egge Mountains. The "hardships" are rewarded with beautiful views. Asphalted paths alternate with compacted forest paths and the descents are sometimes rapid. Anything from a trekking bike is recommended due to the nature of the ground, preferably with an e-bike. A really nice tour and well signposted.
Very varied cycle path, always well signposted, rest stops in many places and wonderful views.
