Nice route - if you don't mind that 30% of it is hardly used. But there are also flowing sections in the forest. Well signposted. From home to Rekawinkel (starting point) the navigation system estimated 25 minutes, due to various traffic jams it turned into 60. 😤💀😡
From Hochstrass it is very beautiful. Before that, you drive a lot on the road. I couldn't ride the uphill because of forest work.
Today it was all about gaining a few meters in altitude and covering a few kilometers and exploring the area after the flood. Unfortunately, many of the beautiful single trails are no longer accessible or are very difficult to ride. The rain has washed deep gullies into some of them.
The tour was actually intended to be a little more relaxed today. Up to the Buchbergwarte it was along the Laabenbach and the Gossen Tulln rather boring. The piece still needs to be optimized. From the control room it was exciting and I rode really nice flowing but also sometimes tricky trails. It got strenuous then too.
A round with beautiful, sometimes violent single trails but also with magnificent views. Yes, and Sissi appeared to me at the Kaiserbrünndl.
