A large, beautiful space with several benches and tables as well as a shelter. There is also a work of art by Andreas Rimkus.

Annaturm and Annaturm Forest Inn

Highlight • Viewpoint

The Annaturm is great and you have a great view from the tower. The Annaturm is only open during certain opening hours. In the small restaurant there is good food and drink.

Hello

I recommend visiting the Bielstein Hut before descending from the Deisterkamm. The view is highly recommended.

There is also a descent from there, but it is only suitable for those with sure footing.

Best regards, Deistergeister

Nice easy walk, simple route to follow, be careful on the smaller paths between the trees, really slippy.

Today again a round through the Deister. Most of the paths were easy to walk on again and the wild garlic is sprouting in masses. Some sun is probably missing for the larkspur, but a few plants are already blooming.

Time this morning 👍 So off to the Deister, check out the ❄️ snow world ❄️ 🤩 The Jägerstieg hasn't cleared yet 🤭, that means now 🤣 I've laboriously trudged my way through ❄️❄️, there are a lot of branches 🌳 hanging in the way because of the snow load but of course this also has its special charm 😜. The ridge path is icy⛸️⛸️ so be careful😉 The landscape is just a dream🥰 although with the amount of snow macro shots aren't really possible for me🤣 After warming up 🔥🔑, thank God I was able to open the Anna tower. So everyone who wants to go up today, it's open😁👍 (unfortunately the pictures are mixed up 😔, but work calls🤷🏼‍♀️, it stays that way now🤦🏼‍♀️)
