Weissensee Bridge

Highlight • Bridge

At its narrowest point, the bridge connects the north and south banks. There has been a bridge at this point since the 11th century. In the 1960s, the old wooden bridge was replaced by the current one. From the bridge you have a great view of the entire lake and you can watch the water sports enthusiasts at their activities.

Beautiful forest road that runs on the north side of the Weißensee from Techendorf to the east bank. The route offers great views down to the lake and is technically problem-free.

So, let's post our "coffee trip" here Super great round, with a gravel bike certainly borderline but worthwhile. Ebikes are a must for the untrained at the almost 900 meters in altitude. There are a total of 3 significant climbs which can be managed with willpower. The tour was so nice... wanted to stop at every corner and just look around. For us winter sports enthusiasts, it was a great experience to see the mountains wrapped in so much green.

Pushed at +16% incline, gear ratio on Gravell not big enough. Great flow and descents

What a great tour. We started at the Müller campsite and then went around the lake. The first stop was the Fischer Alm from there towards the east bank with a bathing beach and a short break. What came next was simply fantastic. Up and down with a constant view of the lake. And all of this in bright sunshine and 25 degrees. Heart, what do you want more .

The last ride together with Grady's Gravel Queens 👑 First, we took the boat to the east bank, then cycled back via Fischeralm and Bodenalm. A really beautiful tour 🩵
