This route was planned by komoot.
Starting in San Pellegrino Terme in Val Brembana you will ride on a safe cycle path before entering Val Taleggio. It's a valley that quickly turns in a narrow canyon before the small village of Sottochiesa. From there, you will start climbing to reach Piani di Artavaggio, through a nice and (quite) smooth gravel road. From there, you will keep riding on gravel until you reach Culmine di San Pietro, a summit you might have seen in some older Giro d'Italia stages. The way back to San Pellegrino will be mostly on road, but don't worry - you will be riding away from traffic! Enjoy!
