Soooo🤪💪🏻👍🏻😎🌞...that was the 2nd tour of the Schiefergebirgstrophy from Leutenberg🚵🏻♂️⛰️🚵🏻♂️⛰️⛰️⛰️✅️😎🌞💪🏻🥵🤩 After the overjoyed😍👍🏻😂 emotions slowly "sink in", I have to say, a good mountain biker🚵🏻♂️💪🏻👍🏻🥵 simply has to have done a trophy like this if you consider yourself to be fit enough have💪🏻👍🏻🌞😎✅️↗️⛰️↘️⛰️↗️⛰️↘️🥵✅️ Thank you 🫶🏻🤗 to all Komootlers and friends who "cheered me on" to "rock" the trophy with @Swen 🌹🚲 🚴♀️ 🥾🤣😉🚵🏻♂️⛰️🚵🏻♂️. The 2nd tour of the Trophy〽️✅️ was really a demanding and often sweaty tour, especially the "Green Belt" the former border of the Kolonnenweg was tough↗️⛰️↗️⛰️🥵🙈 You can read about the former border here: https://world-qr.com/inhalte/new/qr-fuehrer/de/thueringen/saalfeld-rudolstadt/ortsfuehrer/qr_fuehrer_probstzella/probstzella_grenzturm_hopfsberg?lat=50.5199134&lng=11.4011474
2nd part slate mountains. The landscape and route are much more exciting than in part 1. There were also some top-class highlights and two stately ramps on the Kolonenweg, which I could only climb up by pushing.
Did the 2nd tour of the slate mountain trophy today. Up to Altvaterturm in good weather. After the lunch break it started to 🌧️ at the Luther hut then as if from 🪣mern and for a short time there was also hail. We then reeled off the last two stamp points completely soaked in a rush. Nevertheless, the 2 days were a great experience.
It's done, the trophy is deserved! 😁🥳🏆🤗
Anyone who thought the second day of the tour would be easy was wrong 🤭, pure adventure on the climb towards the Altvaterturm in Lehesten. The first 400m of elevation out of Leutenberg were smooth, but in the forest around the Pöhlberg, due to a lack of signage and signs prohibiting cyclists by the forest owner, the harvester was also used in the valley. Nevertheless, we found the stamp point in the valley and the wild ride continued towards Lehesten.
It was 1400 meters in elevation. We also included the old border tower on the Hopfberg and had to push our bikes up there because, unfortunately, cycling is now prohibited there. But it was definitely worth it.
In some passages, you have to push your bike, unfortunately 😒😉😄
