This route is designed to be completed in two days. The first part begins at the Núria sanctuary and ends at the Coma de Vaca refuge, where you will spend the night (advance booking required). On the second day, you leave the refuge to conclude the adventure in the village of Queralbs.
You'll find the route is a constant climb that takes you through breathtaking mountain landscapes and allows you to enjoy spectacular views. When you arrive at the Coma de Vaca refuge, two surprises await you: first, the stars are incredible here; second, you can take a refreshing dip in the pools of the Coma de Vaca River, which is right next to the refuge.
On the second day, you follow the Freser pools toward Queralbs. Don't forget to stop at the Salto del Grill waterfall, one of the most important waterfalls in Ripollés.
Please note that you cannot drive up to Núria. It's best to park your car in Queralbs and then take the rack railway up to the sanctuary.
