The Estrets d'Arnes are located within the Els Ports Natural Park and are one of the natural wonders of Catalonia. The Estrets River runs through the center of the impressive gorge with its vertical walls, forming pools where swimming is not permitted.
The only pool along the route where swimming is permitted is the Toll Blau, located right at the end of the trail. Shallow and located in an incredible setting, it is the best reward after the hike.
The route is not difficult at all and begins at the La Franqueta recreational area. You can park your vehicle here.
