Hiking

This circular route starts and ends in Cabrera de Mar and allows you to discover two very interesting spots: on the one hand, the ruins of Burriac Castle and, on the other, the impressive Creu de Montcabrer viewpoint.

To reach the castle, you walk through a Mediterranean forest to the top of the hill where it stands. Its 401 meters of altitude provide incredible views of the area.

Then, retrace your steps to descend the hill and continue to the next point on the route. The Creu de Montcabrer viewpoint rises 311 meters and the views are breathtaking. On one side, you can see the Mediterranean Sea. On the other, you can see the castle you left behind a while ago. Furthermore, the iron cross that rises above the viewpoint has a long history of legends. It's a magical place.
