This route was planned by komoot.
This pleasant hike briefly follows Lake St. Moritz and, after passing the Lej da Staz, leads through the Stazerwald moorland (including the Lej Marsch) to Lake Silvaplana (Lej da Silvaplauna). While the hike began in a T-shirt, the cold headwind at Lake Silvaplana prompted me to wear gloves, a hat, and a winter jacket! The nutcrackers, songbirds, squirrels, and spring flowers were also wonderful. I highly recommend this hike!
