We propose a Tour with challenging climbs and some technical sections, including a singletrack that is a favorite among locals who love MTB. The trail starts from the Pula cemetery car park. If you want to avoid the first nine kilometers along the countryside that leads to the start of the ring, you can follow the trail by car and park near the CRS4 buildings or at the Forestry barracks, thus shortening the itinerary by about 18 kilometers.
This is an ideal route for those seeking an immersion in the wildest nature - some sections have no phone signal. We recommend good training and a fair amount of driving experience to tackle the Tour with peace of mind. Once you reach the CRS4 buildings, you can admire the reforestation and protection of the local fauna work carried out by the Gutturu Mannu Regional Park authority.
Accessible all year round, most of the route is on dirt roads that are generally in good condition, except for the singletrack section that you enter at kilometre 22, which we recommend you tackle with caution.

Right at the beginning, after leaving the paved road, I turned into the forest instead of riding on the forest path, and there I was able to enjoy a mix of small uphill and downhill sections. It's definitely great with an e-bike, too. In some places, the path was a bit overgrown, …
