This route was planned by komoot.
That night was horrific, first the big bang of the firecrackers that couldn't wait until August 1st and the rest of the night was a techno party nearby. I would be really interested to know what smart people would allow a campsite somewhere close by. Before the rain came this morning, I had already packed everything and drove towards Lausanne. In between, the rain gear had to be put on, but for the most part I was spared the rain, but the headwind was even stronger. Luckily today's stage was short, but I didn't like it that much. Many long paths through the vegetable garden of Switzerland and many bumpy bad forest roads. Nevertheless, I liked the entire Mittelland tour no. 5, even if I usually prefer shorter routes. The entire tour is over at 414km and it was a cool adventure with e-bike and tent.
To Lake Neusiedl before the rain... The paths are secondary routes - muddy in the forest with path damage, MTB or touring, not suitable for racing bikes!
Today we continued on the Mittelland route through a beautiful world - up and down hills. An old paddle steamer took us from Lausanne to Vevey, which was pretty cool.
