Hiking
Hike along the famous Berg Lake Trail to the azure waters of Kinney Lake under the watchful eye of Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. This is one of the most beautiful landscapes in British Columbia.
Leave your car in the car park on Kinney Lake Road before setting off on a wide path along the Robson River through the forest. You’ll take the spectacular bridge over the river and continue to follow the thundering waters until a second bridge near the shore of Kinney Lake. The views from the lake are absolutely breathtaking. The last section of the trail takes you to Kinney Lake Campground, along a narrower path strewn with roots and stones. From here, you’ll retrace your steps back to the car park.
Tip: find a spot by the lake to enjoy your picnic and dabble your feet in the ice-cold water.
