You drive about 56 kilometers from brewery to brewery through the Rupertiwinkel. The tour takes you past rivers and a monastery lake, embedded in the hilly landscape near the Austrian border.
Let's start at the private Alpine brewery Bürgerbräu Bad Reichenhall. Together with its brewery inn with a unique historic dining room, it is located right next to the town hall. From here you start your round tour. You leave the city and reach the banks of the Saalach. There you cycle through the Marzoller Au and cross the river at the Pidinger Steg. You follow the direction of the river to Freilassing to the local Weißbräu. You can only taste the wheat beer from the small private brewery in the in-house brewery inn.
Freshly strengthened and motivated, you head out of town in a westerly direction to Teisendorf. Here, after a guided tour of the private brewery M.C. Enjoy Wieninger hearty delicacies in the Alte Post brewery inn. From Teisendorf it goes through forest and across meadows to the Höglwörther See. The idyllic lake offers a welcome refreshment and on its shore there is a monastery worth seeing. After Anger, the path then runs comfortably downhill back to the Saalach and to Bad Reichenhall.
Tip: Would you like to learn more about salt? Then visit not only the Alpine town of Bad Reichenhall but also the former salt town of Traunstein. Follow the trail of “the white gold” on the Salinenweg and get to know the history of salt in Traunstein or hike along the Sollleitung on the SalzAlpenWeg from Traunstein via Siegsdorf to Inzell.

Everything started so beautifully in the morning with sunshine. After an hour, however, the weather was no longer what my app had predicted. Clouds were gathering. Unfortunately, the panoramic view of the Watzmann was over. BUT, I can still recommend this tour without reservation. Great cycle paths along the Saalach, through the autumn forest, through idyllic settlements and through valleys where you could only just make out the mountains behind the walls of fog. After 2/3 of the tour, the sun surprisingly came out again and I was finally able to enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains and the bright autumn colors in all their glory😊😊

Nice tour, unfortunately I didn't see all the breweries during the tour 🙃
Here are a few more things I noticed:
At waypoint 29 it is better to use the bicycle underpass of the B20. Towards waypoint 30 is a rather narrow single trail, here I continued to use the forest road.
