A private road leads from the Blindau hikers' car park to the Hindenburghütte. You can only drive to the Blindau car park. From there it is 4.5 km up to the Hindenburghütte. A minibus departs from the tourist information office. Cost per person €15.00.
After taking the bus up to the Hindenburghütte. Then we went over many alpine pastures to the Straubinger Hütte for a delicious cake ... a long but worthwhile tour with a beautiful view
This tour deserves premium, the bus ride is an experience in itself. I followed the tip and took the climb via the Almentour. It was great, but I don't know what I missed. 10 out of 10 points.
