This route was planned by komoot.
The Pfäffikersee circular route is generally considered easy to moderate. While komoot rates it as 'moderate', many find it suitable for all skill levels due to its mostly flat and well-developed paths. It's largely wheelchair and pram-accessible, with only a few gentle inclines and declines, particularly near the River Aa bridge.
Yes, the route is very family-friendly. Its mostly flat and well-maintained gravel paths, along with sections of asphalt and paved surfaces, make it largely accessible for prams and wheelchairs. There are also public bathing facilities nearby for summer fun and the Juckerhof adventure farm.

The route offers diverse attractions. You'll pass through the charming farming village of Seegräben and can enjoy a View of Seegräben and Lake Pfäffikersee. Don't miss the historical Irgenhausen Roman Fort from the 4th century. The entire Pfäffikersee Circular Trail itself is a highlight, winding through beautiful moorland and reed beds.

around Lake Pfäffikersee - always works 🫶🤩 in every season there are different, beautiful "moods". Coffee stop recommended at the Juckerhof or in the Badi Auslikon (also open in winter) for 🐦🐦⬛ lovers it also seems to be a paradise for going on "safari".
A very beautiful walk, with wide paths mostly leading through reeds. It's quite warm in midsummer. There are several walkways where you can see the lake. However, you're only allowed to go into the water at designated swimming spots. This is a wonderful nature reserve. It's rather boring with dogs, though, as they're hardly allowed in the water anywhere.
A pleasant, easy walk around the lake with no incline. There are several parking spaces around the lake, or you can reach it via Pfäffikon by public transport. It's likely to be busy on weekends if the weather is good. Due to the nature reserve, dogs must be kept on a leash for most of the walk. There's no shade.
Thank you very much for your messages. Have a nice weekend and maybe a nice tour? LG Anna
Beautiful walk around Lake Pfäffikersee. Just as clean as Lake Greifensee. We parked at the lido. It had 2.3 toilets and there were also places to eat. Jukerhof would be recommended, but we skipped it for the sake of the dogs.
A leisurely walk around Lake Pfäffikon with good conversations and a subsequent visit to a pastry shop! 👍🏻
A lovely, leisurely Sunday stroll to ease the slight muscle soreness after yesterday's hike. A stop at the Jucker Farm for delicious food was just what I was looking for. Info about the Jucker Farm: https://www.juckerfarm.ch/hoferlebnis/juckerhof/ Wishing you all a great start to the week❣️
@Deleted User Exactly, Pfäffikersee is always a good place. I wish you a good week and hopefully sunshine again soon 😎🎒🥾
