Two tough climbs, panoramic mountain trails and countless shady forest passages where all you hear is your breathing and the crunching of your running shoes: this is the classic of the Stubai Ultratrail series, the STUBAI CLASSIC.
After the starting gun in Neustift, you'll be in the perfect warm-up forest section in no time at all and are already in the middle of your 30-kilometer run. After a short valley crossing, your thighs will push you up over the tree line on a gradient of over 30 percent in places to the alpine meadow at Hühnerspiel, the highest and best vantage point of your run.
Your pulse and the number of meters of altitude will shoot up again on the second climb up to the Kaserstattalm, before you run to the finish line full of happiness on the pleasant Sunnenseit'n path over the phenomenal suspension bridge.
