This relaxing tour around the Flattnitz Lake power spot is also ideal for the whole family. From the starting point, it takes you along a flat field path through beautiful nature to the shore of the tranquil lake in the middle of the forest. After circling the lake, you walk back to the road on a forest path. At a crossroads, a bench invites you to rest and offers a beautiful view of the raised bog. How about a picnic?
A detour to the St. John the Baptist Church on the way back is particularly recommended. An additional highlight on the route is the Flatnitz Viewpoint, which offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Carinthian mountain landscape. For younger hikers, there are numerous play stations near the Almenwasserweg, making the experience even more varied. The route ends as a circular tour back at the starting point.
