I walked the route in beautiful summer weather. The long paths through the forest made it very bearable. The elevation profile was quite relaxed, with no spectacular climbs... but also a bit boring, as it's almost entirely on forest roads. A nice way to round off the walk was with a cold beer in the castle tavern.
Starting at the church in Aremberg, the route then follows farm roads through the countryside almost exclusively. The highlights of this tour are the numerous chapels along the way and the beautiful views from the hills. A quiet and relaxing hike with beautiful views.
