This route was planned by komoot.
I've done the Bernina Bike Tour before, before I had Komoot. I enjoyed the tour so much back then, so I'm doing it again. It was manageable for me up to Alp Grüm. Today, I went right past the reservoir and didn't take the official bike route 😂 From Alp Grüm onward, it gets technical, but I managed most of it. I was still glad to have a regular road under my wheels again... physically, it was getting more and more strenuous for me 🥵😉😅
The section from Pontresina to Ospizio Bernina was completed by train! Once in Poschiavo, it is possible to take the train back up to Ospizio Bernina.
