This circular hike takes you up to the beautifully situated Elberfelder Hut and on to the three Langtal Lakes in the Hohe Tauern National Park. You start in the Mölltal Valley and are immersed directly in the alpine landscape. The "Natura Mystica" adventure trail offers you the full range of activities.
The hike continues steadily uphill. Along the way, you'll have a fantastic view of the impressive Gößnitz Waterfall. At the Elberfelder Hut, you've more than earned a break – you've already covered the elevation gain for this tour. Beautifully situated in the Schober Group, the hut offers everything you need for a night in the mountains.
Not far away, you'll come across the Hinterer Langtalsee, one of three idyllic mountain lakes. Enjoy the scenery around the lakes to the fullest. Once you've passed the Vorderer Langtalsee, the route descends back into the valley, back to the starting point.
