This tour takes you high to the top of the Zwölferhorn, rewarded with breathtaking views of Lake Wolfgang. You can also tackle this route with your gravel bike. This somewhat challenging tour starts in St. Gilgen and initially takes you along the western shore of Lake Wolfgang. After the village of Gschwandt, you ride towards the Zwölferhorn. A steep climb leads you past several trails – for experienced riders, even to the summit cross of the Zwölferhorn. After a challenging climb, you will be rewarded with a sensational panorama.
Descent and heading towards Lake Fuschl, you pass the Red Bull headquarters. Alongside the connecting road, you follow a cycle path back to St. Gilgen, which reveals its charm especially in the evening and invites you to relax with its numerous restaurants and bars by the water.
