Short tour through the Leutasch Ghost Gorge 🙂👻
Beautiful circular walk through the gorge. Lasts about an hour. The walk is free, but the parking costs 6 euros for a day ticket.
It is a circular route. The northern section runs through the gorge and the southern section runs through the forest floor paved with gravel. The path through the gorge runs exclusively over grates. We had our dogs with us and then split up for the path through the gorge, otherwise our dogs wouldn't have walked the path over the grates.
Easy tour in one hour! No dogs! 60% grating travel.

Very nice short tour worth seeing and eventful. 85-90% shade. Super suitable with children. With theme boards on nature and animals. Children get their money's worth here. Great developed and 100% safe paths through the gorge. I have rarely seen such a well-developed, safe and beautiful stretch of road in a gorge. The starting point was the large car park at Geisterklamm, where there is also a restaurant and toilets. Parking fee for a day ticket is €6. For example, you can do one stretch through the gorge and the other back through the forest.
Today wasn't about hiking, but about looking and marveling. The route led along gridded paths above the Leutasch Gorge. A certain head for heights is required. Nevertheless, the tour is also suitable for children, as the Gorge Spirit tells stories about the gorge on many information panels. Adults can simply enjoy the view into the depths and listen to the rushing river. Incidentally, we didn't start in Mittenwald, but rather at the hiking parking lot on the Austrian side.
