Hard ascent on the Way of the Cross, but when you are at the top you will be rewarded with a wonderful panoramic view. Seiser Alm, Schlern, up to Ortler, down to Villnöß, Seceda Hut, Langkofel, Plattkofel, Sella group. Wonderful! Unfortunately, the Raschötzer Hüttr was already closed and the train stopped running, a shame, but still great. 💚❤️🤍 Parking lot in Ortisei-Kreuzweg-Raschötz Refuge-Heilig Kreuz Chapel- Raschötzerkreuz- Ortisei (return the same way)
Beautiful excursion to the Croce di Resciesa, a very panoramic point. Beautiful and impressive is the dying Christ on the cross, in wood, of excellent workmanship. Ascended with the Rescisa funicular, then ascended to the cross (1 hour) and then descended to the valley along path 10. Long and demanding (splits legs).
Today we went to the starting point with the cable car up to the Berghaus Rasciesa to hike a breathtaking panoramic tour from there.
🚀 It starts in Ortisei in Val Gardena and up 📈 up ⛰ Berch to the mountain station. After a little breathing space, a Kaiserschmarr'n and two 🍻 Felsenkeller beers 🥾🥾 we continue hiking in the direction of the Rasciesa Hut. After about 20 minutes on foot you reach the imposing ✝️ summit cross of the Ausserraschötz, which offers a 🙊 breathtaking panoramic view. The Villnösser Geisler, the Sellastock, the Schlern, the Langkofel and the Plattkofel seem within reach. We descend via the Rasciesa hut 📉 and take the wide forest path back to the 📍 starting point in Ortisei in Val Gardena.
