This route was planned by komoot.
In Pizzino it is necessary to pay the toll of the road that leads to the start of the route, however the parking meter does not work very well, in my opinion and before being able to use it, with the other hikers present on the spot, we had to struggle a bit. Instead of following the instructions on the device, the procedure we have identified is: - select English with the language key, - insert, without first pressing any other key, the vehicle number plate, - at the next request press the verse button (yes / yes) and so the ticket printing starts (but I didn't understand if it should be displayed on the dashboard or not). The route is simple and suitable for everyone, the technical difficulty is almost nil; as a matter of safety, when crossing a couple of icy and exposed shaded sections, it is advisable to have crampons with you.
the destination must have been the Nicola refuge... we asked for information at the car park they said that the path was beaten, so foolishly we left the snowshoes in the car, but instead we didn't even get to the Regadur vent because it sank a lot.... nothing We turned around and stopped at the always welcoming Rif Gherardi... see you next time...
Taken off the dusty boots from the nail for a pleasant walk in the mountains with a break at the Gherardi Refuge. Gorgeous sun, far too hot. Temperature certainly much above average. Meh.
