Short stopover on the Moselle. In autumnal weather we hiked the Mosel Bergweg in Ürzig. Great views of the Moselle. Some very steep climbs. Hiking shoes are definitely recommended.

If darkness hadn't overtaken us, I would have kept walking forever. Summer temperatures, fresh, bright green, flowers of all colors here and there, small lizards sunning themselves on stony walls surrounded by moss, the heart of the vineyards, and wonderful sunset colors painted this hike into a perfect picture.
