We chose this hike on the hottest day of the year, with 28 degrees Celsius. We brought 5 liters of water with us and luckily were able to refill at the hut. Along the way, there were a few streams where we could cool off, but unfortunately, there was almost no shade. The ice cream at the finish line was also out of the question, as we had neither Vipps nor cash 😫 The trail is gravel and would be doable with a bike/stroller/handcart. There are a few signposted turnoffs to mountain peaks around here (Hest, Steinjell), but it was simply too warm for that.
