This tour is suitable for those who like to enjoy real alpine feeling, but without having to master too hard alpine challenges. Not that we understand each other wrong: This tour is not quite "without" with about 1000 meters of altitude on 95 kilometers. But apart from the Gaichtpass at the end of the round, it is more of a pleasurable up and down, which leaves you enough air to enjoy the great scenery and the amazing views of the Alps.

You roll mostly on wonderfully lonely country roads with a moderate slope there, so you can calm a little distracted by the great panorama around you. It is almost magical, as soon as you reach the Foggensee. The beautiful lakeside and the passage through the picturesque old town of Füssen are only topped by the unique view of the legendary Neuschwanstein Castle.

In the end you will pedal again. The Gaichtpass is the culmination of this moderately difficult road bike tour, which brings you exhausted and happy to the starting point in the beautiful Tannheim back.
