Dream Trail (Traumpfädchen): Polch Paradise Trail – Maifeld

Two hours that feel like a mini-vacation – the Traumpfädchen Paradiesweg Polch invites you to take a deep breath and marvel. The route is relaxed to walk and mostly leads over natural paths and through fields, meadows, and light forests. Ideal if you are looking for distant views, quiet streams, and varied landscapes. Highlights such as the Maifeld panorama, the Polcher Bachtal, and the striking cones of the Osteifel await you.

The path winds its way over gentle ascents to fields and plateaus, from where you can enjoy the view over Kaan and the wide Maifeld landscape. Small woods and groves alternate, and open spaces repeatedly invite you to pause and enjoy the distant view. Particularly impressive are the views from forest edges and small hills, where the typical volcanic cones of the Osteifel stand out. Along the way, the Polcher Bach, occasional rocks, and lush meadows accompany you – a close-to-nature experience where every corner offers new discoveries.

The circular tour starts and ends at an easily accessible parking lot. Bus stops are not far from the Traumpfädchen, so you can also arrive by public transport.
