Highlight • Summit

Tortberga (610 m) is a rocky summit on the eastern side of Vassfjellet, offering wide views across the forests of Melhus, the Gauldalen valley and the surrounding hills. Although lower than Vassfjellet itself, its open summit makes it a rewarding viewpoint and a worthwhile stop along the ridge.
