Own rating: 6 / 7⭐ Start / finish: Parked freely in the residential area because my originally planned parking space did not even exist 🙄 Tour highlights: CreativQuartier Fürst Leopold, Galgenberg fire watch tower, Hohe Mark nature park, baroque moated castle Lembeck In a nutshell: - there was generally little going on - Today there was an event in Lembeck Castle ("HUBANA - Hunting Experience Days") and therefore there was a bit of a hustle and bustle there - makes the gravel heart beat faster - very varied route: a lot of forest, fields, country life, a bit of the city - Path condition: gravel / gravel, asphalt, forest paths (a few single trails were included), dirt roads, minimal road (<10%) - nice long (and free) runs included - The route offers opportunities for a detour: fire watch tower viewing platform (unfortunately no bike lock with us), "detours" within the Hohe Mark nature park Is this a route for gravelers? Definitive! You should definitely try it - because it was always fun! 🚴🏼♀️ Sure that asphalt is always part of it, but since these are mostly agricultural roads, you can ignore it. It felt like the route had more gravel and fun paths! 😬 I didn't really notice traffic noise off the road 👍🏼 There is a deduction because the route was so stupid in two places that I didn't want to go through it even with the gravel bike - I had already taken too much tall grass with me in the chain and cassette ... 🌾

Beautiful, varied round. That's fun. Just as good as the round from Raedfeld.

North of the Wesel-Datteln Canal, this border-crossing tour leads through the wooded areas bordering the Münsterland region. Anyone wanting to escape the urban hustle and bustle will find this tour a quick micro-adventure in nature.
