Cycling on the sunny side is particularly pleasant and relaxing. This is fully confirmed on this beautiful loop, which, thanks to the manageable elevation gain and distance, is suitable for a brisk half-day excursion. You'll enjoy this loop if you have no singletrack experience but are keen to try out…

Warmup tour for our bike week together in Schladming
A varied tour on the sunny side with a view of Schladming and the Dachstein massif. Good to ride with the mountain bike. Beautiful sections, dirt roads and gravel forest roads. The goal, the Halseralm...400 years old...worth seeing
Today I set off on my mountain bike this morning. This is an official tour, but I've included a trail. The climbs and the warmth really made the most of it 😀. Overall, a relatively easy loop below the Dachstein. The trail was also on the easy side and was only fun in the second part. The descent down the road with the switchbacks was also great. The brakes are glowing, holy cow! At the end, you pass a natural outdoor pool, where you can stop for a quick refreshment, which was really nice given the temperatures.
We started by doing the Sonnleitn circuit and then wanted to go on the Vorberg trail. We got lost once and went in circles. Then we found the entrance to the Vorberg trail. It is marked as S1, but in places it is S2 and once we had to climb over a spruce tree lying across the path.
