What makes our region special, besides its magical forests and proud mountains, is the abundance of water flowing through it. The marked water trail Trutg dil Flem 764 makes this much clearer than any description.

Super beautiful hike! Sometimes you think what you see is fake😍 Down in the forest it is still shady and cool with a few peepholes onto the Flem. Further up there is one more beautiful swimming spot after another. Of course we had to jump in several times💦 and enjoy the cooling off just as much as the sunbathing afterwards😎 Up top you can see up ⛰️🏔️ and down 🏞️ At Alp Nagens you can sit in the sun and have a drink while you wait for the bus down (for everyone like us who doesn't like walking down). Cable cars also go down, but they are much more expensive... Parking is only possible in the parking garages in Flims.
Advice: take the cable car to the station at the top or the middle one, not the first one or you'll have to walk a lot more. Also we didn't go to the 7th bridge, the path was too uncertain according to the people at the station. Some spots near the river can be reached easily for a quick (and cold) swim :)
