On the tour to Nienburg, we cycled to the midpoint or "mountain festival" of the Weser Cycle Route in Estorf in the Scheunenviertel district. On the other side of the Weser River, the Weser Cycle Route was being rebuilt over a long stretch, and the bikes practically ran by themselves.🚴♀️🚴♀️🐕🦺
Mühlengasthof Landesbergen https://maps.app.goo.gl/EXkPNqf7ce9LG1KV9 Very interesting garden with Mediterranean plants. Someone must have a large greenhouse for the many plants in winter and a lot of fun. Nice coffee break halfway there. In Nienburg another walk through the old town with a coffee.

In the best weather we set off. During the pit stop at the grill hut, we heard the rumble of thunder in the distance, but it was not on our route. Nevertheless, we were not spared. 🌧🌩Therefore, the shelters and storage facilities (what a word) are my highlights today. So we didn't get quite so wet. And now, as if in derision, the sun is shining ☀️ really great.
Parking in Nieburg, e.g. the paid Wesavi parking lot by the pool. It would have been better to use the free Festwiese parking lot 300 meters away. Nice little tour to the left and right of the Weser with some highlights.
Today we started in Landesbergen and drove to Nienburg to the asparagus market. Great tour, but the cycle paths were a bit dirty with lumps of clay from the fields because everything was still so wet.
Pleasant route with a stop in Nienburg and return with a headwind admiring the Weser.
