A very varied tour around Herrenstrunden. The trail leads across meadows, through forests, and sometimes along quiet roads and paths. Finally, you pass the old paper mill and can see machinery and an old settlement. A highly recommended and beautiful tour 🥾😍
This wonderful tour follows most of the Max Bruch Trail, which actually starts in Bergisch-Gladbach. However, it's easier and more scenic to start in Herrenstrunden at Zweiffel Castle. This route is varied and offers beautiful views of Cologne Cathedral and the Bergisches Land region, as well as historical and industrial insights into the region. Recommended for spring or fall!
