It is recommended to do the loop from Strobl and counterclockwise, as I think the climb in the other direction is very steep. In the crossing area of the Eglsee nature reserve, I missed the signposting of the route in the direction of Scharfling (St. Gilgen) (turn left). But a nice tour that can be done in 3 hours with the eBike. With a battery-friendly or somewhat exhausting driving style, I used up two strokes.
High to the Schwarzensee on a road with little traffic. Next on the Eisenaualm, very nice way. Unfortunately wet, so rest in the Buchberghütte with delicious semolina dumpling soup and a fireplace. The descent to Mondsee unfortunately in the rain but also nice. From Mondsee through the forest and a short stretch of federal road up and down again, now without rain, to Wolfgangsee, St. Gilgen. Along the lake to Strobel and to the start in St.Wolfgang. Great varied tour.
A very nice tour from Lake Wolfgangsee via Lake Schwarzensee with a stop at the Kienberghütte, then on to Lake Mondsee and back to Strobl. 🌿⛰️🍻🥨👍😎 Tip: The food at the Kienberghütte was delicious. 😋 Excellent service. 👍 Average price for a mountain hut. 👍😎
With the best cycling conditions (sunshine or glorious weather ☀️, clear view, "acceptable" temperatures 😁) we went "high into the mountains" today, starting from Lake Wolfgang. The round was really great - it runs on consistently good paths ... and of course offers everything you would expect from such tours, including "certain inclines" (which I, thank iiihhh!, easily accepted 😜), but especially great "alpine" flair. There was always "something" for the eye, which is why the round seemed much longer than just a good 40km 😍 In addition to the fascinating views, another highlight was the lunch break in the Buchberghütte, which was wonderfully lit by the sun... I would have preferred to have stayed there , knowing that the really warm days are unfortunately becoming rare... 😎 Five stars ⭐️ I give this round 👍🏻🤩
The excursion that I gave Franz as a present for his pension has finally been a success. 🤗🚴♂️🍺😎🌞
Very nice MTB tour past the Schwarzensee, through lush green alpine meadows with rustic huts 🏡🥨🧀 🍺 and wonderful panoramic views of the Mondsee and Wolfgangsee.
This is probably one of the most beautiful bike tours. The tour around the Schafberg. Not the easiest, but one that I remember well. And I also hope the little sister. 🤗
I'm generally a chilled rider, so I only used 20% of the 750 battery.
