Less known place than Mottarone but equally panoramic. The path is taken from Coiromonte, leaving the car near the Omnidiet hotel. Even if the indications are scarce, the path is so simple that anyone can use it.

Trail Reviews

Andrea
February 13, 2024, Panorami dal Monte del Falò - Giro ad anello

Very pleasant, easy and well-marked route which starting right in front of the Omnidiet Hotel/Restaurant in Coiromonte (810m) leads gently to the top of Monte Falò (1080m) from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Mottarone, Lake Maggiore from one side and Lake Orta on the other. The small car park is located a few meters after the Hotel, right near a place where, if desired, it is possible to buy a "packed breakfast" before the climb

The way, the 360 degree panoramic view, the clouds... a wonderful round for such a day...

Nice hike and people can collect porcini mushrooms at the same time!

Trekking very similar to the one already done this winter but with a small variation that lengthens the route a little and involves returning to the base following a different path from the outward journey. In general, the route is pleasant, easy and well marked which starting right in front of the Omnidiet Hotel/Restaurant in Coiromonte (810m) leads gently up to the peaks of Monte Falò (approx. 1,100m) from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Mottarone, Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. The small car park is located a few meters after the hotel, right next to a place where you can buy a "packed breakfast" before the walk
